Submission instructions

Template for preparation of abstracts

One to two-page abstracts are expected. Please note that all abstracts will undergo review by the conference committee before acceptance.

Abstracts must be prepared following the instructions provided in the template pdf file. For convenience, both a docx template and a LaTeX template are provided. Please use either one of them to prepare your abstract. Note that you must generate a pdf for the submission step below.

Submission on the website

In order to submit an abstract, you first must register with the sciencesconf.org website. Locate the 'login' scrolling list in the top right corner below the conference banner and follow the instructions.

Once you are logged in, a 'MY SPACE' menu will appear in the left menu bar, allowing you to submit abstracts and control your registration. Navigate the 'My submissions' page to actually submit abstracts.
